What is the minimum group size for a discount?
Group discounts typically begin at 3 or more people, with further price drops at 7+ and 15+. There is no strict minimum to book a private tour — even a couple or a family of four can have their own guide and vehicle — but the best per-person value kicks in once you are around four or more travelers.
Can you arrange a tour for a large group of 15, 20 or 30+ people?
Absolutely. We regularly handle large groups using multiple vehicles or boats, synchronised pickups and a lead coordinator so everyone stays together. For groups of 28 or more, message us on WhatsApp with your numbers and dates and we will send a tailored quote with our best per-person rates.
What's the difference between a private and a shared group tour?
A private group tour is just your party — your own guide, your own vehicle or boat, and an itinerary and pace built around you. A shared small-group tour joins you with other travelers on a set excursion, which lowers the cost per person and is a great way to meet people. Both are led by local Zanzibari guides.
