1. Introduction
Welcome to Blue-Green Zanzibar Tours. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Blue-Green Zanzibar Tours.
- “Client” refers to the individual or entity booking or using our services.
- “Services” encompass all tours, transfers, safaris, and related activities offered by the Company.
3. Booking and Reservations
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as specified by the Company. The remaining balance (if any) is due any time before the departure date.
- Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings can be made at any time, depending on the nature of the tour. Full payment is required at the time of booking for last-minute arrangements.
4. Payments
- Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, cash, or other methods specified by the Company.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) but can be paid in any currency equivalent at the current conversion rate.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- By the Client:
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 10% of the total cost if canceled 30 days or more before departure.
- 30% of the total cost if canceled 15 to 29 days before departure.
- 50% of the total cost if canceled 14 days or less before departure.
- By the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or an alternative tour option.
6. Alterations by the Client
- Requests to change bookings must be made in writing. The Company will endeavor to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Additional costs incurred due to changes will be the responsibility of the client.
7. Health and Fitness
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the activities booked. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the Company at the time of booking.
8. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations
- Clients must possess valid passports and obtain appropriate visas and vaccinations required for travel. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance.
9. Liability
- The Company acts as an agent for third-party service providers and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by these providers.
- Clients participate in activities at their own risk. The Company is not liable for any personal injury or property damage during the tour.
10. Complaints
- Any complaints should be raised immediately with the tour leader or Company representative. If unresolved, clients should submit a written complaint within 28 days of tour completion.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Zanzibar. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zanzibar.
12. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
13. Acceptance
- By booking with Blue-Green Zanzibar Tours, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
